Since the beginning of this year, the lean management department of Hebei Xinda Tourism Development Co., Ltd. has taken full staff, whole process and all-round lean management as the main line, firmly grasped the on-site management promotion concept of physical affairs, education and enterprise development, and constantly asked the scene for image, efficiency and vitality. We have actively carried out improvement week activities, and four periods have been carried out so far. Among them, in the "I make up for green belt" activity, more than 5,700 new green plants were added, the green area was more than 800 square meters, the green area was 8,493 square meters, the irrigation green area was 25,155 square meters, the weeds, dead grass and bitter leaves were cleared up to 16,323 square meters, and the rubble and garbage were cleared up to 13,075 square meters. The Lean management department organizes and tracks the indicators every month, always pays attention to the completion of the production line indicators, finds the problem points of the units that have declined, and solves the problems one by one to help improve the indicators of each production line. Promoted lean research projects in the first and second quarters, and improved 111 projects in the first quarter, with an estimated annual effect of 99.2934 million yuan; In the second quarter, 91 projects were improved, 47 were completed, and the quarterly effect reached 20.9664 million yuan.
In order to implement the management concept of cost reduction and efficiency improvement of the group, the Lean Management Department also organized the "particle return to the warehouse" activity in June, picking up raw materials such as coke, pellets and sinter on the road, concentrating on returning to the material shed, and all units responded positively, picking up a total of 4747.12 kilograms of raw materials, saving more than 6,000 yuan.

The Lean management department, guided by the trend, carried out a series of measures including the construction of three platforms (digital lean production platform, team performance dialogue platform, self-inspection and self-correction platform), supervisor package film responsibility system, problem source list, lean improvement week, department linkage, improvement bonus points, rectification pass rate, exposure platform, etc., to find and solve problems anytime and anywhere. Make environmental improvement work more convenient. Since the launch of the digital lean production platform, a total of 6730 articles have been issued, and the comprehensive rectification pass rate is 91%, which is 51 percentage points higher than the traditional inspection. The production of 52 exposure stations and all strengthen management, solve an average of more than 5 dead corners per month, eliminate a dead corner every 7 days, and improve the quantity and quality of the site environment.
