By adjusting the parameters of gas recovery, the calorific value of gas can be completed above 1400 kcal, which laid a good foundation for the next step to complete the gas recovery work with quality and quantity.
Through the comprehensive improvement of equipment minor reform, pipe insulation, equipment operation parameter adjustment and so on, the steam recovery quantity of the steel mill has been greatly increased, and the steam recovery of 117.76kg/t was completed in April, which is the best record since the establishment of the plant. Through parameter adjustment of nitrogen consumption equipment and air source replacement, the average nitrogen consumption from January to June was 56.4m³/t, of which 45.24m³/t was completed in April, achieving the best level since the new steelmaking project was put into operation, and also an excellent indicator of nitrogen consumption in dry dust removal converter with the same tonnage.
Through continuous improvement of the level of standardized operation, timely introduction and revision of the process management system, the establishment of a process supervision team and daily supervision and inspection of the implementation of on-site process discipline, the quality pass rate of steel mills from January to June was 99.95%, an increase of 0.07% over last year. Under the common progress of comprehensive measures such as further optimization of production organization and strict control of the overheat of the package, after two months of continuous tracking, the inspection cracks of the billet were greatly reduced, and the total number of monthly cracks was reduced month by month, realizing the essence control of the cracks of the billet, which played a very strong guarantee role in improving the quality and pulling speed of the billet and reducing potential quality risks.
